Millie enjoys spending her day observing the staff, the duties, and tasks. Building relationships with many of the staff, Millie is most definitely one for saying things as they are. Millie has taken a keen interest in the jobs and tasks carried out by our maintenance operative Jim.

In a typical Millie manner Millie had decided that anything Jim can do she can do better, even with a cuppa tea, and biscuits in toe. Millie had supervised the erecting of the new book shelves, for the main lounge on the ground floor, and shown Jim how to correctly install some wall brackets, and use power tools, supporting with the Roseberry Community renovations . Millie has decided Jim should be her laborer and maybe he could have the title of apprentice, whilst she maintains she is the New and Better Head of Maintenance at Guisborough Manor.

I'm not so sure Jim feels elated at the idea of being answerable to Millie, and to be shown how to efficiently and effectively complete this tasks in a timely manner.
