Chinese believe that performing the Dragon dance during festivals and celebrations drives away evil spirits and ushers in good luck and blessings for the community. On the 10th February 2024 we will be celebrating Chinese new year with a Chinese meal, watch out for our dance of the Dragon
2024 is the year of the Dragon and over the next couple of weeks Coniston and Ullswater units at Windermere Grange care home will be making their own Chinese dragon to celebrate the new year. Watch this space for more details!
