Csaba has been employed at Willow Green since 24/12/2013 (yes Christmas Eve!).

Initially employed as a kitchen assistant, Csaba asked to be trained as the cook and, with our support, trained at Darlington College. Within six months, he took the position of Assistant Cook.

A further six months later Csaba then became the Head Chef and he has held this role for 10 years now.

Csaba is a big part of Willow Green, he provides delicious and nutritional meals to all the residents whilst also considering their individual tasted, likes and dislikes.

Csaba also works alongside the management team to ensure nutritional standards are met throughout the home.

An excellent employee and a great chef.
