A daily huddle is a crucial part of our day at Washington Manor as it provides an opportunity for all team members to come together, review the goals for the day, discuss the status of residents' needs, share important updates, and plan for any anticipated challenges. Through regular communication, the team can work together to identify potential issues and take action in a timely manner, which ultimately leads to better outcomes for residents.

All teams across the home are involved in the daily huddle including the kitchen staff who support with ensuring our residents receive adequate fluids and of course all of the tasty treats we have available.
