This week at Windermere Grange we will be looking at how we can support those we care for to eat a safe, healthy diet whilst enjoying the food we love. We will appoint an Allergy Champion who will be able to support our team and residents around the home.
We have a lot of activities planned for the week.
Tuesday: We will look at allergens and labels.
Wednesday: We will cook/bake looking at egg free and gluten free.
Thursday: We will look at first aid around food allergies.
Friday: We will appoint an allergen champion.
