"My name is Yasmin and I joined Washington Manor care home 2 years ago. It’s been the best thing I have ever done. I never worked in care before. I used to hate waking up in the morning to go to a job I really didn’t enjoy but now I love getting up in the morning to work with a great set of care staff. No day is the same and with the support we have from our senior care assistants and management, it really does go a long way. We are one big happy family and provide the best care to our residents.
