Is your Christmas Tree safe and sound

The Grinch is out and prowling around

Lock all your doors and hide in your bed

Nothing is safe or so it is said …

But hold on tight, this isn’t right

Our Guisborough Manor Grinch is smiling tonight

Knocking on windows and pressing of bells

With Father Christmas and 2 of his elves

With Childrens' faces all aglow

With all of the presents he could bestow

Laughing and dancing and spreading good cheer
