Our lovely ladies get together every day for a chat and refreshments whilst their hands work effortlessly to create small knitted squares which are joined up to make small blankets.

The ladies reminisce on how they knitted cardigans, jumpers, shawls and blankets for their children in times gone by.

When asked where they would like to donate these blankets, it was unanimously agreed to donate to Maxis Mates . Maxis Mates is a rescue and rehoming center for dogs who have been abandoned or surrendered. How lovely, well done ladies!
