Angela joined the team at Washington Manor in October 2020, initially working as a healthcare assistant but was soon promoted to a senior healthcare assistant.

Angela says "I like my job role because I feel that I learn more about different aspects of my job role, I am currently doing my NVQ level 4 and this has opened my eyes to more different parts of my job role. I think we have a good team, and the management is very easy to talk to.

I like that all our residents are the center of our care. We love to make a difference in their lives, keeping them happy and content, I love it when the residents sing and dance around the home. Washington Manor is a very nice place to work we all have a good relationship with all the different staff and residents, doctors, and social workers."
