Initially employed as a bank senior, Dani graduated university in January 2023 with first class honors, where she then began her preceptorship period. This is a structured transition taking a newly qualified practitioner from student to autonomous professional. This period was based at Woodside Grange which is one of SMC’s sister homes that also offers nursing care.

Dani has proven to be a fantastic, versatile, capable, and truly caring nurse. She has completed her preceptorship and is now fully immersed in the care provision at Willow Green.

Dani says “I love being a nurse, I love my job and yes it can be difficult at times and stressful, though if you put your love in to the job then everything becomes easier. I always try to care for people in the way that they would want, always thinking what if it was me? How would I like my care to be provided, that way I will always ensure the care is to the standards I would expect”.

From Willow’s perspective Dani is a perfect fit for the nursing team, popular, admired and respected by all.
