So where to start? Well let’s meet Janet.

Janet has been with Willow Green since 2019 working within the Domestic team, she is a highly devoted and motivated member of the team.

But as you can see from the photos Janet not only completes her domestic role to high standards, but she also likes to spend time with the residents, just sitting chatting or sharing memories.

Janet is fantastic at fund raising and always has ideas on what to try next.

Though just as important, she is always there with a friendly smile to meet and greet visitors, residents, and family members as they enter Willow Green, she was the first person I met as I walked into Willow, and I immediately felt welcomed.

So, what more can I say, Janet is an excellent example of the staff team within Willow Green and all we can say is thank you for being who you are and knowing you are appreciated.
