At Willow Green we have a fantastic, diverse, and committed team.

Some of our people are very new to the care sector, however, there are some who have been with Willow Green and St Martins Care for a very long time.

A good example is both Julie and Lisa, who collectively have worked at Willow Green for thirty years!

Julie joined Willow Green in March 2009 as a carer, she initially worked the night team on residential but now works days and practically runs the Rainbow unit. Julie is an excellent team member who has complete empathy for all her residents and has built very good relationships with both residents and family members.

Lisa came to Willow Green in October 2007. Like Julie, Lisa has seen lots of changes through the years however has remained herself throughout, she joined as part of the domestic team however soon began working on the care side also. Whichever role Lisa is undertaking she remains committed and caring and is an integral part of the team.

Both have worked through some very trying times but have remained true to the role, showing high levels of care, commitment and consideration always putting the needs of the resident first.

Willow Green and the care sector can only thank them and look forward to the next thirty years.
