Both have been with St Martins Care for a long time, Helena since 2018 and Vicky since 2015. Both had always been very happy in the care role and didn’t want to change. However recently both decided (with a little bit of encouragement) it time to change and agreed to train and work as seniors.

And what an excellent idea, both have shown to be naturals in the position, Helena now works the Residential floor whilst Vicky is on the EMI unit.

They both bring something new to the role and the units and both are already looking at further progression.
