Meet Liz.

Whilst our main Chef is on leave, Liz, one of the Domestic Team has been helping in the Kitchen, well really, she has been taking over but that’s another story.

She hasn’t been alone though, Amanda one of the care Team and Tanya an assistant has also been involved.

Between them they have cooked some fantastic meals which the residents thoroughly enjoyed, but clearly Liz has been enjoying it more than the rest!

An excellent team that has pulled together and made sure the food preparation and service remained a high standard.

Thank you all, the food was great, the atmosphere was too.
