This week we are offering two other TNA’s a placement to hone their skills and learn from our nursing group.

Sarah Morgan, a TNA from Woodside Grange is actually in her final phase of this course and looking forward to being qualified. Sarah is placed within Willow Green and working alongside the nurse but also sharing her knowledge with our senior care group.

Sarah said, “The course has been great, it has been very hard work but totally worth it”.

Natalie Nicholson, a TNA from West Park Hospital Darlington, is also in the final phase of the course and placed within Willow Green. Natalie started as a Health Care Assistant and wanted to progress, finding the TNA course preferable to her lifestyle.

Natalie also states, “I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my time on the course and grateful for all the support provided within my placements, as it's given me valuable hands on experience in the nursing field”.

The TNA course is a fantastic opportunity for all involved. Everyone at Willow Green looks forward to working with more up and coming nurses and wish all success for the future.
