Residents were invited to a Macmillan coffee morning at our local high school, and in true Washington Manor style this turned into a dance and a sing-along.

Residents were overjoyed to be picked up in the school minibus and taken to the high school. What a treat it was to enjoy tea and cakes served by the lovely students. We played a game of bingo and then enjoyed a dance and sang along with the students and staff.

It was a fabulous morning and the residents have not stopped talking about it since.
