We have been getting the residents to help us decorate for our carnival day on Sunday 13^th August.

It is really important to provide a full calendar of social activities for residents in care homes as research has shown that staying active in both body and mind makes a huge impact to an individual's physical and emotional wellbeing.

Activities such as arts & crafts also help your muscles grow stronger so you can keep doing your day-to-day activities without becoming too dependent on others.
