The salon area is now all set up – it not only has a hairdressing section when the hairdresser comes in but it has a nail bar section too so our residents can enjoy a good pamper session from our carers. A trip to the salon can have many benefits for the wellbeing of someone living in a care home, as it can help to maintain their appearance and ensure they look their best, but also impact how they feel and give them their own identity.
