Willow Green Care Home works closely with all local colleges offering placements for those on health-related courses.

Not only does this give the student valuable work experience within the sector but also benefits the care home and residents.

This week we had placements from Carmel College Darlington, two young ladies who have been fantastic. They have worked directly with the residents offering one to one time, assisted with hair and make-up, spent time chatting and joined in the arts and craft sessions.

Couldn’t ask for more, we wish these two young ladies a fantastic future and would welcome them back to Willow Green any time.
