Lisa was fantastic as a Care Assistant, right from when she joined us in December 2023, but we could see her potential for development and progression. So, after a little persuasion she agreed to step into a Senior Care Assistant role in June 2024. Again, she has been excelling in this role ever since.

She then began her Level 3 Diploma in Health Care. Lisa worked hard on this, never took a break in her learning and just cracked on.

Well, she has officially passed it with a Merit. We are all so proud of her but we think we will give her a break before getting her some more learning!
